The company responded, "Thank you for your attention! The nitrogen trifluoride produced by Feiyuan Gas, a subsidiary controlled by our company, is currently being supplied to SMIC and BOE. However, the sales to these two companies currently account for a relatively small proportion of Feiyuan Gas's overall sales."
