At 16:00 on the afternoon of April 29, 2015, five basketball teams from various departments of our company engaged in a tense and fierce five-day competition. Each team's members cooperated with each other for honor, striving hard and shedding sweat. The teams compared, learned, helped, and chased each other, surpassing themselves with each game, always adhering to the principle of "friendship first, competition second." However, in any competition, there are winners and losers. Both the Sulfuric Acid Product Department and the AHF Product Department showed significant improvement compared to last year's competition, performing unexpectedly well on the court, demonstrating the importance of team coordination.
The company's main leaders awarded the winning team members. The company's general manager pointed out in his speeches at the opening and closing ceremonies that the company must break away from traditional work management methods. Not only should we do a good job in work and management, but we should also focus on the employees' recreational and cultural life, ensuring that every employee works happily. The competition is just a form; what's important is to deeply understand that success requires more effort and sweat than usual. For a team to succeed, mutual cooperation and assistance within the team are crucial. No matter how excellent an individual's ability is, it is difficult to achieve anything without knowing how to cooperate. Everyone should learn from each other's strengths and progress together. This year marks the 10th anniversary of the company's founding, and the company will organize a series of cultural and sports activities to enrich the employees' recreational and cultural life, treating it as part of the company's construction. The event received waves of applause from the employees and team members, and the "Celebration of Feiyuan Chemical's 10th Anniversary Employee Basketball Tournament" was successfully held.
The company's main leaders and all team members took a group photo to commemorate the event
