Recently, in order to effectively implement the "Emergency Rescue Plan for Production Safety Accidents of Zibo Feiyuan Chemical Co., Ltd." and respond to sudden major safety accidents, timely and effectively implement emergency rescue, and effectively protect the lives and property of the company and its employees, Zibo Feiyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. successfully conducted the 2015 annual production safety accident emergency rescue drill in the R32 production plant area under the care of leaders at all levels and the active participation and close cooperation of various departments.
I. Drill Scenario Design
1. Time: 9:30 AM, August 28, 2015.
2. Location: R32 plant area, West Plant of Zibo Feiyuan Chemical Co., Ltd.
3. Accident Overview: Around 9:45 AM on August 28, 2015, a valve leak was discovered in the riser pipeline of reactor D in the R32 production plant area by on-site employee Xu Da. Acidic gas (simulated by steam, with the sound of an alarm buzzer) began to leak from the leak point. One on-site inspector, Fan Yongmeng, was trapped on the fourth floor of the plant building and requested rescue. Others were in the control room under the leadership of the shift leader. Personnel from other workshops in the plant were working as usual. There were also people working in the living area.
4. Weather Conditions: Southeast wind, 2-3 levels, clear weather.

9:45 AM The Commander-in-Chief announced: The 2015 annual emergency rescue drill of Zibo Feiyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. begins! All participants returned to their work positions.
After the drill, company leaders summarized the drill and put forward new requirements: 1. Require shift leaders of each product department to handle problems independently, ensuring each shift can handle emergencies, cultivating emergency response speed and problem-solving efficiency. General Manager Xing emphasized that the survival of employees is paramount, and all drills should be practical, combining theory with practice; 2. Transform "government-led safety" into "employees ensuring their own safety," ensuring that every employee knows and can implement problem-solving measures and methods; 3. Further refine and improve the pressurization of firefighting water.
