Tungsten hexafluoride (under construction) uses the internationally advanced process of nitrogen trifluoride cracking followed by reaction with tungsten powder. The first phase has a designed capacity of 100T/a and will be put into production in the first half of 2017; the second phase has a designed capacity of 100T/a and will be put into production in the second half of 2017. After the project is fully completed, the tungsten hexafluoride capacity will reach 200T/a. Trifluoromethanesulfonic acid (under construction): The project has already started construction and will be completed and put into production in early 2017, with a designed capacity of 200T/a. The purity of sulfur hexafluoride has stabilized at over 99.9998%, and the purity of nitrogen trifluoride has reached over 99.998% (CF4<20ppmv), meeting international advanced standards and the needs of the electronics industry.
